As we near the close of the fourth quarter, training providers are in high gear to make year-end sales. Leadership training is probably the largest market of off-the-shelf content available. According to the 2021 State of the Industry report, managerial and supervisory skills rank second in the type of training delivered. Unfortunately, these resources often lack representation that’s a turn off to frontline supervisors.
