During her 15 years at Deloitte, Alison Stracke has served external and internal clients through a variety of transformation efforts, communication campaigns, and development programs. In her current role, Alison oversees leader development experiences for all professionals hired and promoted at Deloitte, ranging from the new hire experience to new partner and director development. These experiences focus on core leadership skills, acceleration of transitions, empowered well-being, and the contribution of individual strengths toward a collective Deloitte aim to best serve its clients.
