Amy Bouque is a Capability Solutions Manager at Accenture. In her 12 years with the company she has planned, designed and delivered many hours of computerbased, instructor‐led, virtual instructor‐led and rapid e‐Learning courses for Accenture’s management consulting and industry organizations. In her role, Amy works with internal business sponsors to identify skill gaps, define curricula and create capability solutions (learning, collaboration or on‐the‐job) that will enable Accenture practitioners to meet their business strategies. Amy is currently involved with a task force that is focused on next generation virtual classroom offerings. Amy holds a BS in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Champaign‐Urbana. She lives in Elgin, Illinois with her husband and son.
