Andrew Krzmarzick is the director of learning and development for GovLoop, the leading knowledge network for public sector professionals. Over the past several years, Andrew has helped propel the GovLoop learning community to nearly 125,000 members, launched a government-wide virtual mentoring program, and traveled around the world to speak on boundary-busting topics, including social media, generational diversity, virtual learning, and telework.  He is currently working on a number of projects at the cutting edge of virtual learning and events in government, and leading a successful social learning pilot in partnership with the U.S. Office for Personnel Development (OPM).
