Ann Harten is senior vice president of global human resources for Haworth. She began her career at Haworth, Inc. in 2005 as vice president of global information services, adding responsibility for human resources in 2008. In 2010, she was appointed vice president of global human resources. Harten now leads Haworth’s Global Human Resources initiatives including the design and implementation of a multi-tiered, global leadership development program. Before joining the Haworth team in Holland, Michigan, Harten served as senior vice president and chief information officer for SIRVA, Inc. of Westmont, IL. Prior to that, she held a series of management and director level positions at Boise Cascade Office Products (OfficeMax) in both technical and business areas. Harten is the Chair of Hello West Michigan, a talent attraction initiative; a member of the Board of Directors for NET(net); a member of the Board of Directors for Feyen Zylstra; and is the past Chair and board member of the West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
