About
Belinda Collins is an executive coach with more than 20 years of experience coaching executives and supervisors for professional growth and development. She works with her clients to draw out their ideas, gain fresh insights, and create new possibilities for change and development, then develop sustainable action plans for growth and accountability. Belinda has experienced the complex world today’s leaders live in and draws on her own background as a federal executive to coach clients through critical challenges. She is particularly excited about helping new leaders grow their careers. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Belinda received an MA and PhD in experimental psychology from the University of Virginia and a BA in psychology from the University of Mary Washington. She is certified in MBTI, DiSC, SDI, EQi-2.0 and 360, and the Leadership Circle Profile. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology and for the Georgetown ITL Network.
