Robert Petruska has 20 years of automotive, aerospace, and life support manufacturing experience. Bob created and implemented a continuous improvement system tailored to the office and service environments at Schwan’s in 2007. His pioneering work at Schwan’s combines lean thinking with organizational development to create a sustainable model for change. Bob has since mentored over 50 continuous improvement disciples who actively run lean projects in all areas of the business. Bob holds a Bachelors of Science in industrial technology and a Masters of Science in manufacturing systems. Bob is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer
