Cara DeLura is the director of learning design and systems at Dartmouth Health. She has been with the organization since 2006 and manages a team of technologists and designers focused on learning systems, learning design and development, accreditation analytics, and learning outcomes. DeLura collaborates with leaders across the organization to support strategic goals to help transform healthcare. She has more than two decades of experience in digital teaching and learning and prior experience in web development and corporate marketing. She holds a bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a minor in video production as well as a certificate in web development from Boston University.
