Catherine Rickelman, with over 20 years in learning solution design and development, manages the Center for Advanced Learning Management Development D&D team and is lead designer on IBM's Succeeding@IBM onboarding global initiative. Primary responsibilities include creating and implementing learning learning solutions for our new employees, technical leaders, managers, and other critical employee groups.  She lives in the Atlanta area, has a passion for sci fi, her two cats and hosting exchange students as part of the AFS exchange program. Global mindset is a focus area of hers.
