She has been the lead architect for the design and development of innovative employee learning programs and has championed new ways of impacting client business results and engaging in successful client partnerships. Cathy has accepted numerous awards on behalf of Paradigm Learning, including the prestigious 2007 Thought Leadership Award from ISA.  

Cathy has more than 30 years' experience in human resource consulting and training, having worked with Fortune 500 clients in areas such as employee selection, leader assessment, management training, employee development, project management, customer service, financial literacy, team effectiveness, and change management.
