Cindy Tingen is a training professional with more than 23 years of design and consulting experience. She is employed with QVC, a leading multimedia and multiplatform retailer. Cindy has written technical and interpersonal programs for profit and nonprofit organizations. Her writing spans a broad range of topics: consumer money management strategies, solution-focused performance coaching, people and organizational effectiveness, communication, fitness, and environmental efforts. One of her recent design projects included a leadership enrichment program for an academy as contracted by The Wright Resource Group. While she appreciates and uses conventional methods of instruction and design, she is recognized for her pioneering spirit and diverse style of writing and facilitating.  Cindy holds the certified professional in learning and performance designation, a certificate in Dale Carnegie Training, and a master’s degree in education.
