Claire Lee is a seasoned people and talent professional. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience, having worked in multinational companies in the life sciences, technology, and financial industries. In her previous roles, she led multinational teams; served as the head of the human resources department; worked on talent development and management, organizational change, and cultural transformation; and participated in organizational strategic planning.

Claire firmly believes that combining theory and practice can more effectively help organizations and individuals improve work effectiveness. Currently working as a human resources consultant and coach, she is passionate about assisting organizations in developing talents, establishing a positive culture, and helping individuals develop their strengths to achieve personal and career goals.

She is a Certificated Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®), has a master’s degree from the Institute of Labor Studies of National Chung Cheng University, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from National Taiwan University.
