Connie Whittaker Dunlop is founder and principal of Monarch Consulting Group, a company that develops leaders, teams, and organizations through coaching and training. Dunlop has more than a decade of leadership development experience at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, where she taught three courses and coached more than 1,500 students on topics related to the personal and professional transformation that often occurs in business school. She also has experience developing teams and organizations for Deloitte and then for Capital One, where she led enterprise transformation projects that involved implementing strategy, process, policy, and technology changes through people.Dunlop holds a doctorate in human and organizational learning from George Washington University, an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and a BSBA from the University of Richmond. She also earned a leadership coaching for organizational performance certificate from George Mason University. The International Coaching Federation recognizes her as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
