Craig is a Metrics Consultant (internal) at The Schwan Food Company, in Marshall, MN, a position he assumed in 2007. Prior to this appointment, he worked at The Gallup Leadership Institute at the University of Nebraska and helped design the assessment and evaluation of leadership development programs for organizations such as the National Institute of Corrections and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Craig has also consulted with organizations such as SHL, Blanchard Valley Health Administration, Harley Davidson, and Lincoln Plating. Craig serves on the editorial board for the Journal of  Leadership and Organizational Studies, and is chair of the leadership development theme of the Academy of Management’s Practice Theme Committee.
