Deepika has been with Accenture for about 5 years and in the Training Industry for about 22 years in different roles.  Before Accenture, she worked with organizations like American Express, GE & NIIT. At Accenture she leads New Hire Training, Professional Development & Leadership Development across different work forces in India ranging from Technology, Outsourcing & Consulting. Deepika has been a passionate leader/follower of the diversity agenda at Accenture and has been an active member of ‘Vaahini’, an internal women networking forum. She has led various learning initiatives around the diversity agenda i.e. Leading Diverse Workforce, Gender Sensitization & Women Leadership Development programs at Accenture India. She has worked with India Human Capital & Diversity Champion to identify new learning needs & designed initiatives based on diversity needs for employees in India. On the personal front, she is married with one son who is in high school. Deepika is passionate about traveling & community service.
