Eliza holds a master’s degree in human resources development and training with more than 30 years of HR experience as a senior HR executive in a semi-government organization, a US Fortune 500 listed company, investment banking, and a Hong Kong-listed IT company.

Eliza also has more than 20 years of comprehensive training experience at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) , Guangzhou College of Technology and Business, the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, Hong Kong College of Technology, YMCA, and Kwun Tong Vocational Training Center (VTC).

Eliza is a member of several professional organizations. Since 2011, she has served on the People Development Management Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association. She has also been a board member of the HKMA Award for Excellence in Training and Development since 2012. In addition, she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Women Executives Club of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Manpower Committee of the HKGCC, and the ESG Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. Since 2018, she has served as an honorary examination moderator for the certification and diploma programs in HR management at the Hong Kong Baptist University.

In appreciation of her outstanding vision and leadership, she garnered the Most Popular Business Leaders Award from the Asia CEO Community in 2020, and the Best of the Best HR STAR of the Year Award granted by CTgoodjobs in October 2020.
