Jenni Burton is vice president of Global Coaching Solutions for Randstad RiseSmart. She brings the power of coaching to enterprise organizations across the world to drive inclusion, career development, and mobility. She partners with organizations to increase performance and scale coaching benefits to their employees.

Jenni is also a career and executive coach and Founder of ASPIRE Consulting & Coaching, LLC., whose mission is to help high-performing women take the next steps in their career with confidence and impact. Jenni is a former Tech executive at Oracle Data Cloud where she worked with the largest advertisers in the world.

Jenni is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Business Administration, where she was a Division I full-ride scholarship athlete and team captain. She has an Executive Certificate from Stanford University’s Executive Program in Women’s Leadership and is a graduate of Co- Active’s Coach Training Program. She lives in Erie, Colorado with her husband and 3 kids.
