Jennie Walker has more than 20 years of experience designing and facilitating talent development solutions across cultures, industries, and organizational levels for many leading companies. She specializes in developing people and organizations for success in complex, diverse, and increasingly global environments. Her expertise is drawn from a combination of first-hand management experience, doctoral-level education, and many years training managers and executives across industries, both within organizations and as a consultant to them. She has lived and/or worked in Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Suriname, and India, along with extensive international travel. She is fluent in Spanish (CEFR C1 proficiency).

Jennie has led training programs and coached professional trainers across diverse industries, including telecommunications, retail, mining, technology, higher education, and recreational SCUBA diving. She holds trainer certifications in intercultural education (CAI, IOR), leadership development (Hogan, Achieve Global), global mindset (Thunderbird), influence and conflict resolution (VitalSmarts), self-awareness (Achieve Global, DiSC), 360-degree assessments (Hogan, Booth), and SCUBA diving (PADI). She earned professional certifications in human resources through HRCI and SHRM. Her PhD is in diversity and higher learning from the University of Denver.

Jennie is also an active speaker and author. She regularly presents at professional conferences (ILA, ATD, AOM, SHRM, HCI, etc.). Her publications are featured in the Journal of Management Education, Advances in Global Leadership, HR People & Strategy Journal, MBA Women's Guide to Success, Inside HR magazine, SHRM’s award-winning blog We Know Next, and The Palgrave Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Education. She also co-wrote the books Developing Your Global Mindset: The Handbook for Successful Global Leaders, Teaching Methods in Business: Experiential Exercises, and Handbook of International Cross-Cultural Leadership Research Processes.
