Jen is a Learning Strategist at Accenture. She defines new learning architectures and introduces learning innovation to the company. She helps determine how to use new tools, technologies and approaches to improve performance of Accenture’s professionals. She advises the large group of learning professionals, who plan new learning solutions for Accenture employees, with the use of planning tools like the Capability Blueprint. Jen has been with Accenture for over twenty years, and has spent the last twelve in various learning roles. Jen has a BA from the University of Michigan.
