Jennifer Harnish joined Sandy Spring Bank in 2007.  Her current position is Assistant Vice President and Training Team Leader in the Learning & Professional Development Department.  In her role, she manages the new hire programs for tellers, personal bankers, and branch managers.  She also works with a variety of departments to determine training needs and designs appropriate courses and training materials.
