Jennifer Whitcomb has helped more than 3,500 new and practiced trainers enhance their instructional design and facilitation skills by implementing performance-based, learner-centered techniques that create engagement, interest, and retention. She is a previous director of Georgetown University's Organization Development Certificate Program.
