John is also co-leader of Deloitte’s Workforce Reporting and Analytics service offering, which combines human capital strategy and program implementations with advanced analytics capabilities to help companies make informed and timely business decisions. John is a specialist in combining internal and external data to facilitate retention modeling and demand forecasting. In his over 20 years of experience, John has led the consulting services in support of the design, development and implementation of multiple predictive models for many large Fortune 500 companies. He has also designed and developed multiple tools that help companies measure the predictive power of models and provide executive dashboards to monitor the impact of implemented predictive models. John received his Bachelor's degree in economics from Wesleyan University. He is a Fellow with the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
