John is a strategic, innovative, and possibly artful talent and organization development consultant, based in the UK but consulting globally. He has previously worked as an international HR director for Ernst & Young. He has chaired the last three years of Europe’s second largest HR conference, HR Tech Europe, and will also be the chair of the Art of HR Conference. John was also a contributor to the ASTD/I4CP book, The Executive Guide to Integrated Talent Management. He has been recognized by HR Magazine as the UK’s  seventh most influential HR thinker.
