Julia Kirkner is a learning consultant for a medical software company in Tampa, Florida. As a former educator and school administrator, Julia has transferred her knowledge of adult learning from the public sector to the private sector. She has experience designing and delivering learning sessions to large and small groups in person and virtually.

While working with all levels of learners, Julia has honed her instructional design and facilitation skills to ensure sessions are engaging and current while aligned to organizational objectives. She has delivered on topics ranging from emotional intelligence; diversity, equity, and inclusion; leadership growth and development; and the importance of feedback.  She earned her Associate Professional in Talent Development certificate and is excited to help other talent professionals reach this goal.

Julia has a master’s degree in educational leadership from NOVA Southeastern University and is interested in supporting a skilled workforce through impactful, effective, and engaging modern curriculum.
