Kareem Payne is a passionate talent development and project managementprofessional with experience in various sectors such as retail, hospitality, financial services, and agriculture. He works for one of the largest general insurance companies in the southern Caribbean, where he is responsible for the holistic development of the workforce and everything talent development related.

He has also mentored and presented to many young people in Barbados through the Barbados Youth Action Programme, Dance4Life Barbados, the Kiwanis Club Pride of Barbados, and the Barbados Entrepreneurship Foundation.

Kareem earned an MSc in project management and evaluation and a BSc in management with a minor in psychology from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. He holds the APTD certification and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
