Kate Fitzgerald an experienced business development executive who has spent most of her career cultivating and developing sales teams in order to maximize their potential. One of Kate’s biggest accomplishments was becoming the youngest sales manager for the world’s second largest educational technology company. In an industry that experienced double-digit revenue declines during her tenure, Kate managed more than 50 sales representatives to award-winning levels of success through her dedication to training, developing, and coaching. Her true passion is for developing the greatest resource: people. Her dedication to sales training and achievement are the reasons for which she is much sought after as a mentor, trainer, and speaker. Kate received her MBA from the University of Louisville as well as two undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky.
