Katharine Aldana, a two-time ROI Institute ROI Practitioner of the Year and 2023 Best Published ROI Article award winner, is known for her creative program improvement strategies. Katharine spent more than seven years designing learning strategies and performing program evaluations for a Fortune Top 20 organization and teaching ROI implementation both internally and externally. She continues to leverage these same skills and experiences in numerous strategic roles and projects outside of L&D. In 2021, Katharine began facilitating ROI Institute’s Live Virtual ROI Boot Camp, inspiring new practitioners with her passion and extensive knowledge of what it takes to manage a program from inception to execution and evaluation. Katharine’s enthusiasm for program effectiveness and real-world experience makes her a dynamic facilitator and highly sought-after ROI implementation resource. In 2024, Katharine earned a master’s in applied business analytics from Boston University.
