As Vice president of learner experience and Impact at SAP, Katica Roy is accountable to shape a powerful learning culture and resulting measurable business outcomes for SAP’s 74,500 employees globally. Under her vision and direction are the L&D “brand,” the cross-device digital experience of that brand, comprehensive learning analytics and business impact measurement, standards and governance, and the strategy, engagement, and execution of agreements with European Union Works Councils, which represent EU-based employees on all matters, including talent development.
