Head of Learning Services at Skura, Kimberly Hains has more than 18 years of experience as a learning and development professional and a practice lead. Her focus is in training, change management, team building, and project management, and she’s implemented purposeful learning solutions for IT-related initiatives for organizations within the life sciences, manufacturing, and service industries. Kimberly holds a BA in communications and a post-graduate degree in adult education from Concordia University and recently completed her CPLP certification.
