Krystle Allen Mitchell, EdD, serves as chief of Learning and Workforce Management for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Science & Technology. She provides career development opportunities, analyzes the S&T workforce’s changing needs, governs the learning management systems (LMS), and manages survey analysis. From 2005–2009, Dr. Allen managed agency-wide leadership development and intern programs for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. She holds an MS in administration from Trinity University and a BA from McDaniel College. Dr. Allen received her doctorate in education with an adult learning concentration at Argosy University.
