Lisa Lang is head of people enablement and growth for the Americas at Siemens USA. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience working in L&D, business excellence, organizational change initiatives, and workforce development.

Lang is a member of the Global Learning and Education leadership team that defines the learning strategy for Siemens globally. In her regional lead role, she is responsible for implementing the learning strategy for business-related learning programs within Siemens in region Americas.
