Maurice (Moe) Rondeau has a diverse, 20-year background in global learning and organization development. His multi-industry experience provides him with a solid understanding of the challenges that business leaders face in engaging and retaining talent. Moe holds a master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Connecticut. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds numerous certifications in learning and organization development toolkits, including MBTI, DiSC, FIRO-B, Lominger, and PDI Ninth House.
