Orlando S. Castillo is a senior training consultant with Reliant Energy. Previously, he was a senior training developer for the Vignette Corporation, where he was the lead for the Web-based training group. Castillo also has worked for United Training Services, and Compaq Computers Tandem division and Texas A&M University.
