Prajakta Deshpande has been a research specialist in Accenture’s global learning strategy and innovation team for the last three years and has more than 15 years of HR experience, specializing in field HR, employee engagement, and retention. As a research specialist, Prajakta is involved in innovative internal and external research on topics such as robotics and extreme learning. Prajakta has also worked on research projects and pilots related to learning measurement, comprehensive user experience, cutting-edge learning assets focused on providing personalized learning guidance for Accenture employees, and faculty enablement framework and selected learning architectures such as MOOCs, job experience architecture, and VILT measurement.
