About

Dr. Rachel Green Teague, EdD, is a system convener, knowledge transfer expert, adjunct instructor, education wizard, facilitator, and collaborator. Throughout her life, she has lived through change, growth, transition, and restructure. She has leveraged these experiences, both positive and negative, to inform her outlook and understanding of how organizations work and thrive. This, combined with her education, training, and certifications, gives her a unique worldview and allows her to understand and communicate with people at every level of an organization and deliver work products that are user-friendly, readily understood, effective, and easily integrated into complex systems.

At her day job, she works as a senior knowledge management and training specialist in the IT department on the information technology service management team at the fastest-growing online global university in New England. Her role is unique in that she works little around traditional IT function and instead serves as a facilitator for different training initiatives and projects, creating learning and development tools for staff and completing formal knowledge transfer process to capture implicit and tacit knowledge. Her past roles include working within higher education (she started in admissions with a focus on training for a competency-based education program) and the consulting world (she was a learning experience facilitator for a global payroll company with a primary client at a university in Boston).

Rachel has delivered on topics such as knowledge management, technical processes, presentation skills, leadership, and collaboration. She is a master-certified knowledge manager through the Knowledge Management Institute and a SHRM-CP, holds a CPTD® through ATD, and has completed ATD certificates in facilitation skills and knowledge management. As a certified facilitator, she is knowledgeable about the development and delivery of outcome-based learning programs and the change management skills required to implement new ideas.

Rachel has her BA in educational studies and MS in management and leadership from Western Governors University and holds her EdD in global training and development with a focus on knowledge management from Northcentral University. She lives in southern New Hampshire with her wife, three kids, and rogue uncle. When she has a shred of free time, she loves to play music and cook amazing food for her family and friends.
