Raed Khanfar has more than 20 years of professional experience in training and consultancy. He is the founder of the Global Center for Training & Consultations, one of the most esteemed and high-quality training centers located in the Middle East and North Africa (located in Jordan, UAE, Sudan, and Algeria). Raed manages its operations and programs. Raed has served as a partner with the ROI Institute since 2015, implementing the ROI Methodology®, completing consulting work, and training in Jordan. He has also been a Board member of IFTDO since 2021.

He is a member of IFTDO, ATD, HRDA, and the Jordanian Society for the Environment, and is a certified ROI professional (CRP) and a certified HR professional. Raed was awarded an International Quality Award in 2015 in New York while serving as CEO of the Global Center for Training & Consultations. In 2019, he was awarded the Best ROI Institute Impact/ROI Study. This award honors individuals for their outstanding work in measurement and evaluation, and recognizes exemplary practices in research, design, and implementation of the ROI Methodology.

Raed served as a professor in three universities in Jordan for more than 15 years. He holds a PhD in biochemistry, and has four published research works.
