Richard Reilly
About
Richard Reilly has published more than 50 chapters, articles, and books in various areas of human resources management. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, the American Psychological Society, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology. Reilly has developed or taught courses in organizational behavior, human resources law, employee selection, research methods and advanced statistics. He developed the course, "Human Side of Project Management" as part of the Project Management program at Stevens. Reilly has consulted to industry and government for more than 25 years in employee selection, assessment, performance appraisal, and leadership development. Reilly received his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the faculty at Stevens, he was on the staff of the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ and was a research psychologist at the AT&T. His research is in team behavior and performance and project leadership.
