Tammy Rutherford is the managing director at learning technology companies Rustici Software and Watershed. Since joining Rustici Software in 2011, Rutherford has advised hundreds of e-learning vendors, content publishers, organizations, and government agencies on strategies and software solutions for implementing and taking advantage of e-learning standards in their products and systems. She holds a BA degree in philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
