Tina Irby was named team lead, learning and leadership development in August 2019. In this role, Tina is responsible for creating Grainger’s learning and leadership development and early-in-career strategy. She also manages portfolios that develop and deploy cost-effective learning solutions to build team member and leader effectiveness for the organization.

Tina joined Grainger in 1985 and has held various roles within the business and human resources. She has experience in learning and leadership development, learning delivery, learning technology, organization effectiveness, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, sales, and customer service.

Tina holds an associate of arts degree in paralegal studies from Central Piedmont College.
