Tracy is the General Manager of Research at Training Industry, Inc. and manages primary research on hot topics, trends and best practices in the corporate training market. This includes annual research on best practices for training organizations as well as research conducted with training company thought leaders that is made available to the global training market on a complimentary basis. Tracy has over 15 years experience in research, product management and communications with a strong interest in technology products. She did a similar presentation at the ASTD Summit Forum meeting on October 19, 2011 and was asked to present this to those who missed it. Tracy lives in Raleigh, North Carolina and enjoys hiking, biking, and public speaking.
