Travis is the Manager of Learning Technologies and Design in the Training & Development department of AAA Mid-Atlantic. Travis has developed online learning objects designed to educate learners on both technical processes and customer service skills. Travis has lead the creation of a corporate university designed to incorporate all facets of Training and Development including LMS integration, an online library, webinar host communities, and more. He is currently enrolled as a Ph.D. candidate in the area of Instructional Design and Technology and Prior to joining AAA Mid-Atlantic, Travis served as an Instructional Designer and Trainer in private practice and corporate consulting.
