Trayonna Floyd Hales is director of talent and performance for Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly WarnerMedia), a premier global media and entertainment company. Trayonna currently leads a team supporting the talent and performance management experience of 20,000+ employees. In previous roles, she developed talent and leadership development strategies for major defense companies including BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman. Trayonna was published in ATD Magazine (April 2019) on challenging the learning status quo. She’s been honored as a 2021 Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 Honoree and as a 2019 ATD “Up & Coming” Talent Development Professional. Trayonna is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Fairfax and the chair of the Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC) at Cornerstones, a non-profit based in Reston, Va. She earned her master’s in human resource development from The George Washington University. Trayonna lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Ken and enjoys the performing arts, yoga, and spending time with her family.
