Trudi Drake has led Learning & Performance Teams at the manager level in three Fortune 300 corporations: Honeywell (commercial aviation systems), Medtronic (implantable medical devices), and currently with American Express (global business travel). An international presenter, she is experienced in leading every aspect of learning and performance and is Baldrige, Six Sigma, ISO, and Lean certified. She volunteered as a Senior Examiner assessing the readiness of Arizona businesses to receive the State Quality Award. Currently, she leads a 100% virtual team of 14 Instructional Designers, Project Managers and Contractors who design training initiatives for 7,000 Travel Consultants and 500 Team Leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions, sometimes translating learning activities into as many as 17 languages. Trudi earned a BA from the University of Colorado in education and an MA from Arizona State University. A Phi Beta Kappa herself, she is a member of the Board of Directors for the Phoenix, Arizona Chapter. She is published in T&D Magazine.
