Valerie (Val) Quezada is the L&D manager at Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Los Angeles. Previously, she was the instructional system designer from the Los Angeles facility, creating learning experiences for multiple business units. She is a learning enthusiast passionate about developing others and prides herself on listening to her audience to provide the best possible learning outcomes. Quezada graduated with a master’s degree in instructional design and technology from California State University, Fullerton.
