Vince Han is a senior level executive and entrepreneur with significant experience starting and scaling digital media and technology companies that rely on venture capital to attack underserved marketplaces. Vince has a proven track record in raising capital, recruiting top‐level talent, forging strategic business development partnerships, and leading teams to execute business and product development plans. Currently, Vince is President of ChangeAnything, a division of VitalSmarts, an innovator in corporate training and organizational performance. ChangeAnything is a dynamic online platform that helps people make the changes in their lives and workplace that are important to them. Prior to ChangeAnything, Vince held executive roles with a variety of leading digital media companies such as Culture11 and Adswizz. Vince was founder and CEO of Aha Media Inc, an innovative company revolutionizing the way video is programmed for online audiences. Prior to starting Aha, Vince was an “Entrepreneur‐In‐Residence” (EIR) at Battery Ventures which co‐founded Ruckus Network, the largest provider of legal, on‐demand, digital music and movies serving the college market in the United States. While at Ruckus, he served in several key executive level positions such as board member, CEO, and President. Vince is currently a board member of Reptide Media, a digital ad sales rep firm that specializes in high CPM, custom content ad campaigns. Vince also advises several early stage, venture‐backed startups, lending his experience with maneuvering successfully through the digital and social media landscape as well as assisting companies to build winning management teams. Vince holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
