Yolaund Sulcer is the Manager of Learning and Development for Integrated Supply Chain at MillerCoors. Yolaund is an experienced learning and development professional and has been employed with MillerCoors for 9 years. As the Manager of Learning and Development for the Integrated Supply Chain function, she leads and guides the development of learning strategies for MillerCoors manufacturing plants, corporate procurement and corporate supply chain functions. Yolaund also guides the implementation and sustainment of the learning solutions which build technical and leadership capabilities. Prior to her current role, she was the Learning and Development Manager for MillerCoors Irwindale Brewery.
