Zakariah Rittenhouse is a learning experience design lead at Braze. He has been working in the learning and development field since 2007. Since then he has held learning and development roles across multiple industries. Combining cognitive psychology, design methodology, DEI frameworks, and technology, he creates learning experiences that help his teams do better work. When he's not geeking out about learning science he enjoys, video games, punk music, good coffee, and Marvel superheroes.
