More than half of organizations have had discussions about future TD skills gaps. However, only 36% have developed a plan to address these skills gaps.
Training and self-guided education are the two most popular types of learning activities TD professionals use to keep their skills up to date.
69% of TD professionals think they will need to have a higher level of competency in AI in five years than they do today.
