Dan's career journey began at the ground level, where he built a strong foundation in HR and communications. Over the years, he advanced to senior roles, eventually as the HR Communications Senior Manager at Forvis Mazars. In this role, Dan led the people communications strategy for a top-10 global public accounting firm with over 7,000 employees. His responsibilities included advising on communications for Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Talent Development, and Performance Management. He also played a key role in public relations strategies to enhance the firm's employment brand and perception in the talent marketplace.
