She is formally trained in public speaking and facilitation with expertise in building and implementing global learning and strategies for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as change management.Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer sciences from Miami University. She also earned the designation of an ATD Master Trainer and received her Change Management certification from Cornell. She is also a certified practitioner of the Insights Discovery Program.
